Meet Charnesia,

SHE/HER

PUBLIC HEALTH CONSULTANT

Charnesia Jackson is a results-driven Public Health Professional with over nine years of experience spanning clinical research, community health initiatives, education, and project management. She holds a Master of Public Health with a concentration in Health Management and Policy, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She is committed to improving health outcomes through inclusive strategy, meaningful stakeholder engagement, and data-informed innovation. With a solid foundation in clinical trial operations, community needs assessments, and health education, Charnesia offers a distinctive blend of strategic thinking and human-centered design.

Her career includes leading national and international clinical research initiatives, managing diverse public health programs, and developing patient engagement strategies—particularly for historically underserved populations. Whether facilitating focus groups, crafting culturally responsive communication plans, or analyzing key informant interviews, she thrives at the intersection of people, policy, and public health.

Charnesia believes the most powerful data is paired with lived experience—a principle reflected in her personal motto: “Committed to finding the stories behind the data.”

Outside of the office, she can be found chasing hobbies, not deadlines—whether it’s strumming a guitar, lacing up her skates, or getting lost in a good book. Charnesia finds joy in exploring the world through reading, brushstrokes, and travel. A true creative at heart, she loves crafting, painting, content creation, adult coloring, singing, and skating through new places while learning how culture shapes communication.

Let's see how we can colaborate!
