Moxley Public Health sets themselves apart in many ways. One way is the personal and “boutique” style services that our clients receive when navigating the journey to complete their Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) and Implementation Strategy/Improvement Plan (or CHIP).

With our full-service consulting package, we facilitate the whole process and pretty much do it all for you! Moxley Public Health will collect all the data (both primary and secondary data), conduct the interviews, develop and send out the surveys to the community, and write the reports. We will work together as a team to customize your needs, problem-solve, and we will walk you through making decisions to select priority health needs, choose strategies and action plans to address those health needs, and encourage collaboration with community partners.
